In India, Google is proud to assist in accelerating the growth journeys of over 130 startups through Google for Startups programs and creating initiatives that reflect the expansion of this unique ecosystem supporting women entrepreneurs and startups located away from major urban centers through the Startup School in India.
What is Google for Startups Accelerator: India?
Google for Startups Accelerator: India is a three-month, equity-free accelerator program for tech startups from seed to Series A in India. This program brings the best of Google’s resources, products, people, and technologies to Indian tech startups that leverage artificial intelligence/machine learning or data.
Who is eligible to apply?
We are looking for Indian startups across different sectors that are using artificial intelligence and machine learning to tackle complex problems and face the toughest challenges in their industries. Startups that meet the following criteria are eligible to apply:
- Startups operating in diverse sectors either using AI/machine learning or planning to do so
- Startups based in India
- Preferably between seed stage and Series A
What can selected startups expect from the program?
Chosen startups will receive mentorship and support in areas such as AI/machine learning, cloud computing, user experience, Android, web, product strategy, and growth. In addition to mentoring and technical support, the program offers in-depth sessions and workshops focused on product design, customer acquisition, and founder leadership development. The program concludes with a demo day to connect founders, increase the visibility of startups, and foster connections with other builders in the ecosystem across India.
