Either way, do not write every word in all caps in the profile, as you do in the title. Instead, capitalize just the first letter of each sentence or bullet point.
Use keywords. You also want to include keywords from the job listing in your profile. Look at the job listing and identify the keywords that are important for the role. Incorporate as many of those keywords as possible in your profile. This will show the employer that you are a great fit for the specific job.
