Julia and Alan
When writer Julia Pinbridge and chef Alan Delgado – who became known for their double proposal – decided to get married at City Hall, Julia told us: “It’s very classic New York.” “It felt good to be in a room with a diverse group of people all there for the same reason. Some were in jeans and others in big dresses.” Here, Julia and Alan – along with three other couples – share their wedding photos…
Kristin and Twygi
After Twygi and Kristin’s wedding at City Hall, they wanted to treat Kristin’s parents to dinner. “We did the full New York experience and ate from a food truck,” Twygi says.
Liz and Dax
Liz and Dax got married at City Hall on the anniversary of their engagement. Dax had proposed while they were sitting in a park eating ice cream. “I remember thinking about that park for a long time,” he says. “It’s a place we can return to.”
Gabriela and Rafael
Gabriela and Rafael hoped for a simple and sweet wedding. “We wanted to do something special just for us, the two of us,” says Gabriela. So, the couple had pizza and drank champagne while getting ready at home. After their wedding at City Hall, they celebrated with donuts.
Congratulations to the happy couples! Have you married or do you plan to marry at City Hall?
