Saudi and Korean Industry Ministers Sign MoU to Expand Industrial Cooperation

The memorandum aims to facilitate the manufacturing of vaccines, biotechnology, and chemicals by allocating 51,000 square meters of industrial land in Al-Sudair City for Industry and Business.
Russia Reduces Oil Cuts for Export in December
Russia announced on Sunday that it will reduce oil cuts for export in December, ahead of schedule, as the world’s largest oil exporter tries to support global prices. Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak stated that the country will reduce cuts to below 300,000 barrels per day from already agreed cuts, according to the Russian news agency Interfax. Russian Energy Minister Nikolai Shulginov reported on Sunday that the government does not currently see reasons to lift the winter diesel export ban, according to Interfax. Russia, the world’s largest maritime diesel exporter, imposed a ban on fuel exports on September 21 to combat high domestic prices and supply shortages. Most of the restrictions were later lifted.
