Celebrities are always in the spotlight, and many of them consider health a fundamental aspect and follow some key nutritional tips.
Mark Wahlberg’s Tips
Mark Wahlberg believes that maintaining a balance between work and life is essential for keeping a healthy lifestyle.
The “Father Stu” actor shared his key tips, which include getting enough rest.
“Eat healthy, exercise, and rest, and you know what? You have to find the balance,” he previously shared with Fox News Digital. “You don’t want to live a military life. You want to be able to go out and enjoy and reward yourself for the hard work you put in.”
Throughout his career, Mark Wahlberg has made fitness a priority, and he believes in daily cold water immersion to kick-start his day.
Mark Wahlberg often shares his workouts on Instagram, and his diet varies in the past depending on his filming commitments.
After appearing in the film “Mile 22,” Mark Wahlberg and his personal chef committed to a more consistent meal plan, including “turkey burgers, egg whites, and meatballs,” according to Men’s Health Australia.
It was noted that Mark Wahlberg starts his day at 2:30 AM, having breakfast consisting of “steel-cut oats, peanut butter, raspberries, and eggs” before 3:15.
From 3:40 to 5:15 AM, he completes his first workout and has his second breakfast, which includes a protein shake and three turkey burgers, at 5:30.
After his second breakfast, Mark Wahlberg usually heads to the golf course. Throughout the day, he has three more meals and finishes with another workout before being in bed by 8 PM.
In May, Shania Twain shared details about her diet and how she maintains a slim figure.
She adheres to a liquid diet that includes drinking veggie-packed proteins.
The “Man! I Feel Like a Woman” singer typically sticks to one meal a day and sometimes adds a snack of peanut butter or dark chocolate, according to USA Today.
Shania Twain previously shared the food she stays away from when performing.
“Don’t eat cheese on show day because dairy products cause mucus,” she said.
Despite her diet, Shania Twain explained that she doesn’t engage in any specific exercises.
“Before tour rehearsals, I used to ride horses, and now I’m just too busy,” Shania Twain told the outlet. “If I feel like I’m losing too much weight, I’ll eat more. But I have to watch that because of the clothes since weight can come on quickly, especially now during menopause.”
Chris Young’s Tips
Earlier this summer, country music star Chris Young was in the spotlight not only for his great songs but also for his amazing 60-pound weight loss transformation.
The talented singer opened up about the challenges he faced during his fitness journey, including the task of changing his diet while being on a continuous tour.
When asked by Fox News Digital what prompted him to make those changes, he simply replied, “It was time.”
“I knew I would be in the studio a lot, and I was like, ‘You know what? I want to work on myself and the music at the same time this year,’” he said.
Even though it wasn’t easy, Young enjoys cooking and got into a mindset where he wanted a healthy lifestyle.
“I love cooking, so I tend to lean into that more,” Young shared, noting that he added more protein to his diet and spent more time in the gym.
“It’s frustrating,” admitted “The Man I Want to Be,” stating that he’s making multiple changes to his daily routine to maintain his health, adding that it was particularly difficult to eliminate some foods.
“I didn’t
“I manage to get rid of some things,” Young said. “If I were to say that I’ve cut anything from my diet, it’s that I haven’t ordered pizza at midnight,” he laughed.
Brooke Burke’s Tips
Brooke Burke launched a 21-day summer challenge, aimed at helping people achieve their health and wellness goals.
At 52, Brooke Burke is in her best shape and wants to help others feel just as good.
The fitness star and television personality launched a 21-day challenge aimed at helping people achieve their health and wellness goals.
Burke admitted to Fox News Digital that she has changed her eating habits. In the past, “I used to eat five times a day.” Now, she practices intermittent fasting for 16 hours, starting her morning by preparing her coffee herself and adding “heavy cream.” She also starts her day by drinking plenty of water. She eats “mostly plant-based” and follows “a primarily anti-inflammatory lifestyle.”
“I probably drink two cups of coffee in the morning,” she said.
By noon, she has already exercised and begins her eating window of eight hours right after working out with a post-workout smoothie that includes frozen banana, almond milk, dates for sweetness, almond butter, cinnamon, and MCT oil for energy boost. She also loves to add collagen protein and maca powder.
If she doesn’t feel like having the smoothie that day, she’ll opt for a delicious and crunchy “messy salad.”
“Maybe I should rename that recipe,” she said, laughing. “The messy salad is just taking everything available, whatever you have in the fridge, whatever is left from last night’s meal and using it… We use grilled salmon [or] chicken from last night, chop it up and add it to the salad with whatever vegetables are in the fridge – a variety of colors… everything from nuts to veggies to protein. [We also use] homemade salad dressing.”
Burke insists that she doesn’t feel hungry throughout the day. If she’s in the mood for a snack, she’ll choose Brazil nuts, almonds, or raw macadamia nuts. Burke is also a fan of Magic Mind, a drink made from matcha green tea, agave, mushrooms, and other ingredients that she claims gives her an extra boost of energy.
For dinner, which she has by 8 PM to end her day, she’ll choose grilled salmon and roasted vegetables and “another big salad.” Her website indicates that Burke doesn’t mind having other fish or grilled steak, but she doesn’t eat much pork or seafood.
Burke avoids sugary sodas and prefers to drink green tea.
Danica McKellar’s Tips
Danica McKellar reveals how she maintains her youthful appearance.
McKellar grew up on television as Winnie Cooper, the girl next door to Kevin Arnold, played by Fred Savage, on the hit show “The Wonder Years.” Now at 48, McKellar looks as youthful as if she hasn’t aged, revealing the secret to her surprisingly ageless appearance.
“I don’t have any secret tips on how to stay young. It’s a lot of things,” she told Fox News Digital at That’s4Entertainment’s 90s Con in Tampa, Florida, in September.
While she focuses on making healthy food choices, McKellar admitted she enjoys indulging in simple luxuries from time to time.
“When I say these things, of course I indulge sometimes, but it’s very rare,” she said. “And I find that I feel better when I stick to a really healthy diet. And exercising. All the things we all know we should do, there’s no secret, just consistency.”
She added:
“The older I get, the more concerning it becomes for me. It happens when I feel myself. And it happens to coincide with your appearance”.
Gisele Bündchen’s Tips
Earlier this year, Gisele Bündchen revealed the secrets of her diet and “self-care rituals” after nearly a year of her divorce from former NFL star Tom Brady.
In September, the supermodel announced on Instagram her new book “Nourish”, in which she shares her “healthy recipes” and some “self-care rituals”.
“People always ask me what I eat and how I stay fit. Amazing food is something I’m passionate about, and it’s vital for living a healthy lifestyle”, Gisele Bündchen said in part.
“In Nourish, I share my family’s favorite simple, nutritious, and delicious recipes, and some self-care rituals that help me a lot in my life, especially as a busy working mom”.
According to Penguin Random House, the publisher of her book, the cookbook contains over 100 “delicious and easy-to-make recipes” that are also “kid-friendly”.
Some of the dishes include papaya and almond smoothie, summer samosas with ginger-cashew sauce, and squash and chickpeas on a baking tray.
Gisele Bündchen’s business venture comes nearly a year after her divorce from Brady after 13 years of marriage.
